Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Rent.today, including all features, integrations, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization and accept these Terms on its behalf.

Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.

• You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

• Provide accurate, complete information and update it as necessary to keep it current.

Permitted Use

You may use the Services to manage rental operations, analyze portfolio performance, and collaborate with your team. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.

• Bypass security controls, probe for vulnerabilities, or disrupt the Services.

• Use the Services to transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

Acceptable Use

In addition to the above, you agree you will not: (a) upload or share content you do not have the right to disclose; (b) interfere with or burden the platform (e.g., excessive requests, spam, or automated abuse); (c) attempt to access data belonging to other users; or (d) use the Services to violate applicable laws or third‑party rights.

Subscription and Payment

Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are provided at sign-up or within your account settings. You authorize Rent.today and its payment processors to charge due amounts, including applicable taxes. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise in writing.

Integrations and Third-Party Services

You may connect third-party services (such as financial institutions or property management tools) at your discretion. Rent.today is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or availability. You grant us permission to access and process data from these integrations as needed to provide the Services.

Data Ownership

You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Services. You grant Rent.today a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, use, and analyze that data solely to deliver and improve the Services. We implement safeguards to protect your information as described in ourPrivacy Policy.

User Content and Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback, you grant Rent.today a royalty‑free, perpetual license to use that feedback to improve the Services without any obligation to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights for any content you submit.

Intellectual Property

Rent.today owns all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, trademarks, and content, excluding your data and third-party materials. These Terms do not grant you any ownership interest in the Services.

Confidentiality

If you receive confidential information (including product plans, pricing, or documentation), you must protect it and use it only as necessary to access the Services. This obligation survives termination of your account.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rent.today disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

Service Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time to improve performance, address security, or comply with law. We will use reasonable efforts to provide notice where a change materially impacts your use of the Services.

Beta or Preview Features

From time to time we may offer features identified as beta, preview, or early access. Such features may be provided with reduced or different support and may change at any time.

Security and Reporting

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the Services. If you discover a potential security issue, please report it via our contact channel and avoid actions that could harm users or data. We appreciate good‑faith reports and will review them promptly.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rent.today and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts paid by you to Rent.today in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or create risk of legal exposure. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination unless immediate action is required to prevent harm.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. The parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in Delaware for any disputes arising under these Terms.

Export and Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export control, sanctions, and anti‑corruption laws. You represent that you are not prohibited from using the Services under such laws.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services or legal requirements. When we do, we will post the revised Terms with an updated “Last updated” date and, when appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Services after the revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance.

General

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Rent.today regarding the Services and supersede prior or contemporaneous agreements. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
